Try AlphaFuel Pro for up to 60 days. If it didn’t produce a meaningful change, contact customer service within the window for a full product refund. Outbound shipping is not refundable.
Eligibility.
The guarantee applies to orders placed directly on alphafuelpromen.com. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces, resellers, or unauthorized listings are not covered — the manufacturer cannot verify the chain of custody.
The 60-day window.
The window starts the day your package is marked Delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on shipping address). To qualify, the customer service team must receive your refund request on or before day 60.
How to start a refund.
- Write to support@alphafuelpromen.com with your order number and a one-line reason for the return.
- Customer service replies within one business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return mailing address.
- Mail your bottles with the RA number written clearly on the outside of the package. Tracking is recommended.
- Once the return is received, the full product price is refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
What’s not covered.
- Outbound shipping (only the product price is refunded).
- Return shipping costs (paid by the customer).
- Orders placed through marketplaces or unauthorized resellers.
- Returns received after the 60-day window.
